error trying to start IIS default web site - evend id 15005 and 1004

We are having a problem getting the exchange web access running. We get the following.

Event Category:      None

Description:
Unable to bind to the underlying transport for 0.0.0.0:443. The IP Listen-Only list may contain a reference to an interface which may not exist on this machine.  The data field contains the error number.

I've done that and it shows PID 1968 as Listening. How do I find out what PID 1968 is?
In the Task Manager you can go to View->Select Columns and add Process ID.
