I have an HP LaserJet 3100 multifunction. &nbsp;The printer grabs multiple sheets of paper when it feeds. I recall that a few years ago, I installed some type of insert supplied by HP that corrected the problem, although I don't recall exactly what the piece was or how I installed it. &nbsp;The 3100 is discontinued, and I haven't been able to find any support on the HP website. &nbsp;(Apparently HP feels no obligation toward the thousands who purchased the machine.) My guess is that the insert has worn and needs to be replaced. &nbsp;But I have no clue where to look for a replacement. &nbsp;Does anyone know?
