I've got a client and they need to be able to open another user's mailbox - FULLY. We've gotten it to the point where the owner can open the other users mailbox and see any folder they've been given permission too. Yet, another of the admins can open the mailbox and see EVERYTHING. I've done this before, but of course, never recorded the steps. Anyone able to tell me how to do it - without setting individual folders permissions in Outlook side. Again, I know it can be done... maybe you have to be an admin or something... but that's not a problem if that's the case... I just need to know where to complete all the settings.
Exchange 2000 I BELIEVE and Outlook XP (2002).
