How to Keep Someone out of my PC!

My computer is in an Active Directory domain at work and I want to keep others out.

1. I personally own the PC and all information in it and I want to restrict access to certain files/folders.
2. The network admin is covertly viewing my screen via Dameware to watch me work without my knowledge.
3. The network admin is going through my files and downloading them.
4. I need to use SBS Remote web workplace to work from home in the evenings

I installed Zone Alarm Free version but that only lets me restrict all other machines except the server.
I cant block the server because I need to access Remote Web Workplace.....but the network admin has access to the server and can access my machine from there.

How do I keep them out when they have full permissions on my machine?
