Hello,

I have the following problem.  I have a user whose Inbox I want to share with several other users.  I've done this before without problems.  Here is what I do:

Login to USER1's account
Right-click on the Inbox and select sharing
Add users that I want to have access
Define them as Owners
Goto the users machines that need shared access
Goto "Tools/Email Accounts/Change/More Settings/Advanced/Open these additional mailboxes"/Add
Now there is a "Mailbox - User1" on their folder list and you should be able to selected it and see USER1's Inbox

When I did that today, what I'm getting when I select the folder list "Mailbox - User1":
=======================================================
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location.

**I am able to goto File/Open/Other Users Folder/Inbox for USER1 without issue. I can see the email that is in the inbox, I just am trying to create the quick and easy method for my users and again, I have other users setup this way that are not giving me any problem.

What I've tried:
==========
Reboot Exchange server
Put user in "non cached mode"
Create a new profile for user on another computer

Nothing seems to work.  What can I do?

Thanks,

Jeffery Smith

P.S. If I get a working solution within 24 hours, I will add 300 points (for a total of 500)to this... 48 hours 200 points (for a total of 400)... after that just the points listed (200 points).
