restoration of encrypted data

I'm implementing PGP on a network share. It's working fine. It encrypts the data, only the two computers with PGP (and the shared keys) can access/read the data inside.
My question is, if I back that data up and I need to restore it one of these days, is the data going to be usable? I'll make sure I keep the encryption passwords and keys available.

Thanks
