citrix web interface. I click on published applications but they dont launch
hi ,
suddenly when i click any of the published apps on the web interface the apps dont open, dont launch. Any ideas ?

no , just nothing happens.
Hmm...you may need to re-install your MetaFrame Presentation Server Client, or re-associate the ica file types...

here is another weird thing. if i try to access the web interface via dns citrix.domain.com the page doesnt open , error 403 , not authorized to view the page. when i try with ip, ip/citrix/metaframe etc , the page opens , i can login but when i click on the apps they dont launch. On the information center it just says There are no existing applications available for reconnection. "
but i can see all the published apps on the left pane of the screen.

i have done flushdns on my computer and have run rediscovery on the web interface and it passed succesfully.
Dumb question, but have you contacted your admin?

I only know Citrix from the user side of the house :( There are several others here that will likely be able to help you find a solution though. Sorry!

are you launching the apps from the local LAN, or over the Internet?
can you launch apps without using the web interface? i.e. with the regular program neighborhood client?

I work in IT and support Citrix for a global company and found this issues affected me. It drove me nuts and nothing I could do would resolve it. As a test I created another profile and it resolved issued. I then backed up personal folders, from the corrupt profile and traferred files and settigns
