Resizing IFRAME based on content...

I have a page with an iframe and I want the iframe to dynamic resize on the parent page based on the content in the iframe.  I was able to get this working in internet explorer with the following code:

<iframe name="content" width="100%" onLoad="f=frames.content;f.frameElement.style.height=f.document.body.scrollHeight+'px'" onAfterUpdate="f=frames.content;f.frameElement.style.height=f.document.body.scrollHeight+'px'" src="page.html" border="0" style="border: 0px;" frameborder="0"></iframe>

The onLoad resizes it correctly when the main page and the initial iframe page is loaded, but the problem I'm having is resizing the iframe after it loads a new page without reloading the main page.  The onAfterUpdate event handler seems to work for this purpose in internet explorer, but not firefox.  How can I get this working in both internet explorer and firefox?

Be aware that different browsers have different syntax for retrieving width and height; IE is not FF, and vice versa ;-)
