Where can I rent/lease a server that is primarily used for testing?

I currently use DYNDNS to relay my mail and to get around TimeWarner's firewalls, but now I need to run a few more hosts (SQL, Exchange 2007, LCS) to run within ESX server primarily for testing, and maybe a website or two.

Since I can lease my own box from HP for $90 / month I would think that prices would be around $170 / month, but instead I'm finding that companies like rackspace want to charge $900 for the same setup.  Does anyone out there know where I can find something a bit more affordable?
