In outlook 2003 users are not able to view any data when scheduling appointments. I tried the outlook /cleanfreebusy and received an error: "unable to clean your free busy information on the server."

Since I migrated to a new exchange 2000 server from a previous 2000 server not to long ago I suspect it does have something to do with the system folders. Referring to this MS article  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/275171/en-us it suggests to use the GUIDgen.EXE utility to reset the system folders and that all data in the site folders will be reset.

What data is that exactly that it will lose? Is this something that can be done during working hours? the Schedule+ Free/Busy system folder is not missing so maybe there is another way to accomplish this?
