Emails keep on bouncing back from my domino SMTP server

My domino mail server is bouncing back a lot of emails that I am sending:

my smtp settings are as follows:

Number of mailboxes:      
SMTP used when sending messages outside of the local internet domain:      Enabled
SMTP allowed within the local internet domain:      Disabled
Servers within the local Notes domain are reachable via SMTP over TCPIP:      Always
Address lookup:      Fullname then Local Part
Exhaustive lookup:      Disabled
Relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain:      
Local Internet domain smart host:      mailhost.zen.co.uk
Smart host is used for all local internet domain recipients:      Disabled
Host name lookup:      Dynamic then local


some of the message I am getting are as follows:

Error transferring to dkcphmx46.softcom.dk; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?88.96.87.230

Error transferring to relay-1.mailbox.net.uk; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 (127.0.0.2) "Blocked - see http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=88.96.87.230")

Any ideas anyone ?
