My Service host keeps failing at startup, I have to do multiple reboots just to make it stabilize, I've traced it to this one:

svchost.exe                 1236 AudioSrv, Browser, CryptSvc, Dhcp, dmserver,
                                 ERSvc, EventSystem, helpsvc, HidServ,
                                 lanmanserver, lanmanworkstation, Netman,
                                 Nla, RasMan, Schedule, seclogon, SENS,
                                 SharedAccess, ShellHWDetection, srservice,
                                 TapiSrv, Themes, TrkWks, W32Time, winmgmt,
                                 wuauserv, WZCSVC

Also I get this error:
Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close

It seems to have something to do with windows updates that never finish installing, is there a quick fix, or a way to break these services into smaller components to see which one is problematic?
