I have a WINDOWS 2003 SERVER using sata drives and a sata raid card.<br />
I had to connect both sata drives directly to the on-board connectors to get the ERD commander to recognize the drives.<br />

The client lost their admin password and when i select Locksmith to change it- I get an error about something not being able to copy correctly.<br />
I've used ERD for many yrs now without any problems - have never seen where i can't change /reset an admin account.<br />

I know my ERD Disk is good b/c i can use it on &nbsp;other systems.<br />
<br />
If this does not work- i'll have to format and reload the OS.<br />

ERD COMMANDER WON'T RESET PASSWORD

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter.
