Greetings:
Specific mailboxes cannot set the out of office assistant. This is the knowledge base closest to our issue.
Outlook command line switches also do not seem to have an effect. Recretaing a new profile doesn't work. Tried bluffing it with another profile to an administrative account and still no luck.
Has anybody else found a work-around?

Greetings:
Yes, our environment matches, but we are trying to find an alternative way to fix the problem. Patch isn't authorized till enterprise management has had ample time for testing (which could put me past my birthday which is MONTHS away).

Only months? Geez, it sometimes takes our group years. Are you using Symantec Anti-virus for Exchange?

I was trying to be nice when I said months. Security and the law are the biggest drawbacks to technology, but there has to be a happy medium somwhere.
Yes, symantec for exchange. The problem is isolated to one server (eight private stores). Six other servers do not seem to be affected.

Hey BDF ... My apologies on the LastLogon question. I'm not sure what happened but when I closed it, I accepted your answer as the correct answer. But I just looked ta it and it shows a different answer. I'll put in a request to have that adjusted. My apologies.

Greetings:
We had a few assorted other problems on the same server so they were forced to install the patch, and it works. Thanks for the symantec link.

Cool! You're welcome.
Does your environment match that given in the "Cause" section of the MSKB article? Have you tried the hotfix mentioned?
Cheers!
