troubleshooting Question

Can not access a blog site from our network, external user can access it

I have a windows 2003 server which is my email server.
It’s using the same domain as our web site which is hosted at our host company.
The web team has created a sub domain for a blog page.
Anyone outside our network can access it except us. We don't have any problem accessing the main web site.
Exp- our web site is www.mydomain.ca, so now we have a sub-domain called news and the link is news.mydomain.ca  and hosted with our host company.

It works fine for anyone except us. I am not sure what do I need to do in order to make it work. We can access the main web site without any problem.

Also if I change the DNS IP of my computer to an external DNS provided by our ISP, I can access this web site. Only when I am using the internal DNS, it does not work.

Many Thanks
