Quickbooks: Can't run under Windows Server 2003 without admin access

I am trying to get QuickBooks 2007 Pro to run in Windows Server 2003 Std without giving the users admin access.  How do I do this?

Thanks!  Solved it!
(I was able to use sysutilities to figure out what files and registry keys needed to have permissions changed - there were a few really strange ones!)
