Hi,

I would like to ask how to make a link in an MS Outlook email which refer to a network folder.

For example, the network folder is s:\depart HR\MPF

How to make it as a link in the email ?  I have try <file://s:\depart HR\MPF> but failed.

In addition, due to the formatting issue, we need to use HTML format rather than text.  In text mode, the above line will work normally.

Thanks.

Stanley
