Exchange Server

Hi I have a policy in my Exchange 2003 entreprise edition in which My stores are not allowed to email externally, and neither they can receive emails from external sources, but i want them to receive emails from some source and send them emails as well.

can any one please help

You may want to review your question title in future - the current title has no connection to your question.

How are you restricting email at the moment? There are a number of methods available. Without knowing what you are doing to restrict makes it impossible to recommend a method to relax those restrictions - if at all it is possible.

Actually i am new to this and as it liooks like is its a Group Policy which is doing it as as its a Group name STORES AND CONCESSIONS and they all cant send and receive email externally.

sorry Sembee as i did put this question before with different title but for weeks no one replied to it and i deleted it today and put this question thought probably my question is with wrong title. thanks
