ISA Server 2004 - Web pages are not shown correctly when adding akamai.net to blocked URL Policy

To filter out advertising from our internet use statistic, we have added a policy which should block serveral advetising servers.
It is working good and our statistic for advertisement sites has go down from first place to 5th or so.
But there is one which we can not block -> http://*.akamai.net
If we put that in , access to it is not blocked and several web pages are not shown correctly anymore
(microsoft.com , autodesk.com , .....) i.e. no pictures shown.
If we remove that entry all is working correct.

Any Idea ?

After that info I found also an article on how to use akamai to bypass internet censorship.
Might by from interest. this example does not work anymore (as it is from 2000),
but I guess kind of same exist today to provide ads.
