My clients are in a domain and full exchange clieints.  But when we look at scheduling a meeting with some of them, the claendar show no information for that users.  The suers are connected and online.  We even setup a meeting with one of them and that didn't change at all.

Greetings, cjb123.

Are these users publishing their free and busy time?  You can check that by clicking Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Free/Busy Options.  If they are set to publish free/busy time, then try launching Outlook from the command line via this command:  "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.Exe /cleanfreebusy"  Change Office11 as needed to match the version of Office you're using.

Cheers!

I checked the first settings and all usrs have this option.  I also verified that any users have the windows firewall turned off.
What is the "cleanfreebusy command do.  I tried it and I wasn't sure if i should geet a response.  Also, does this need to be performed on the units that aren't showing up or on mine that cannot see theirs?.   IS this something that needs to be done on a regular basis

cleanfreebusy disposes of the user's published free/busy information and then re-publishes it.  Think of it as rebooting that user's free/busy.  It needs to be done on the accounts that aren't showing up.  It does't do any harm though, so you could run it on your computer too.  No, this isn't something that needs to be done unless problems with free/busy crop up.
