The thing is I cannot find anything to download that applies to any programs I have and I do not have any symantec program or WinFax programs that I am aware of:

It goes on to say:

Download updates for Symantec WinFax Pro

This problem was caused by Symantec WinFax Pro. Symantec WinFax Pro was created by Symantec Corporation.

A solution is available that will solve this problem.

Solution

Go to the Symantec Corporation website to learn more about the solution.

HELP I NEED TO USE OUTLOOK and I am able to but I cannot do certain things, none of which are related to faxing.

Thanks

Maybe  WinFax Pro was previously installed and was not Uninstalled successfully . If this is teh case, try installing Symantec WinFax Pro and then Unistall it Properly.

Hi reyeuro,
Just to make sure there is nothing from Symantec/Norton running on your computer, use "NoNav" to remove any traces of it from your HDD - to include the registry.

Download the most current .exe or .zip file, install, and run.

Post back when you can.

Thanks War1, sorry I forgot to come back here and update this question.  I just installed Windows Vista Home Premium on my notebook, I was advised at COMPUSA to purchase the 32 bit version even though I have an AMD Turion64 processor...Just FYI, thanks again.

That is a curious recommendation.
I've been running the 64 bit Vista since it was in Beta development and since RC1 there have been no driver problems for me.

I would really like to know why they made that recommendation.
