Hi,

I've got this datetime column called days_stats in my MySql table called stats_tb

What I'm trying to do is: if the maximum date is not todays date then insert a row with todays date into the table.

How do I frame the SQL statement for this? I need to use "if", but have never done this before.

Could you pls help me out.

Its something like this:
->select the max(days_stats) from stats_tb
->If the max(days_stats) is not todays date then add a new row with todays date
->else
->do nothing

Thanks
