I would go for a DNS general knowledge and securing training,

Free info.You can pay someone.. Or you can learn it on your own. How about setting up your own little LAN, have a small DNS server setup(it can be done with Windows or Linux)

I love the 'Dummies' series of books.
I bought the first one years ago before taking a TCP/IP course and it contained everything (and more) than the course.
One note of caution - On each "Dummy" book, I always write in large letters "Not Vic's Book".

Rather then a course you will find all the answer's you need on the net. Just a matter of finding them.
