troubleshooting Question

Mass email from CSV text file (hidden recipients)

I'm having a custom report created to interact with our current software to filter patients based upon certain parameters.  This report will filter a list based upon parameters we set and data is exported as a CSV text file.  This is kinda what the exported CSV text file looks like.

"Joe Smith <joesmith@hotmail.com>"
"Joe Smith2 <joesmith2@hotmail.com>"
"Joe Smith3 <joesmith3@hotmail.com>"

I'm not familiar with Outlook 2003 and we're in a bit of a rush to get this report created.  If the data is exported as a CSV text file (as above), what is the process necessary to send emails to all names/email addresses created with the report.

However, I do not want recipients to know the names of the other recipients.  I would like to create some type of group, where I could possibly paste all names generated by the CSV text file, then send.  Recipients would only see the group name and NOT the names or email addresses of the other recipients.

Is this possible with the CSV text file above and Outlook 2003?  Thank you.
