Crashing Computer

I have a custom built PC that I have been using for the past year or so.  In the past couple of days the computer has started crashing.  There's no blue screen or any error all that happens is the computer turns off.  I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue because if I press the power button the computer won't turn back on until I pull the plug and plug it back in 15-20 seconds later. At that point it boots up and the same process starts over again.

The crash happens at random times, sometimes before windows even starts booting up, other times it will happen when i go to load up world of warcraft. I have checked the windows event log and the bios log and there's nothing in there. I'm positive this isn't an over heating issue.  I've tried switching out the ram sticks and it still happens with different sticks.

The hardware I think may be causing this includes:
Power Supply
Video Card
Processor
Motherboard

The problem is I don't have any other pieces to swap out to test each of these, so what I'm looking for is some suggestions as to where some error logs may be that will help me narrow down what is causing the issue.
