The title basically says it all, I need to reset the admin password on a DesgnJet 30N and we don't have the current password. &nbsp;I've been told a cold reset will clear the password. &nbsp;The DesignJet 30N has Jetdirect 615n in it if that makes a difference in the procedure. &nbsp;We've moved the printer from one subnet to another and need to change the IP address, but I can't get into the networking section of the web interface without the password. &nbsp;I can't find anything on HP's site regarding the procedure for this model.
