Can Outlool Express check more than 32 eMail addresses on same identity

Greetings to all of you and I hope that 2007 will be your best year yet!

Here's my question:

How can I get Outlook Express to check more than 32 eMail addresses? If not, is there a way (or a program) to sort them in the order I want so that all eMail addresses are checked?

I am only getting 32 so I have to click on each address, then try to figure out which ones were not checked.  To put them in an order, I can put a number in front of the email address and it follows the number, but then that gets complicated after the number 9.  Alphabetical is NOT followed like I would have assumed.  I tried that but it often puts w before p and z after x ... Oddly, it actually does have an alphabetical problem.  The best would be to have 40 to 50 eMail addresses checked each time without missing any or getting the errors which I often get, but they are errors that seem to receive the mail, or so I hope they are receiving them.  Lately, I am not getting replies like I am used to.

Maybe there is a better program besides Outlook Express with the same simplicity and with the folder and rules features.  I have about fifty folders (by vendor, etc) added to the left so I can always find the emails I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance.

I use strictly POP accounts and SMTP and each address keeps the mail in the servers for one week.
