Greetings, jimlo1 !

You should also have Outlook Express in your new computer.  Search for and copy the DBX files from old computer to new computer. Include all the other files in the same folder.  DBX files are located in one of these folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Identities\
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

In the new computer, import the emails into Outlook Express (OE). In OE, go to File > Import and follow the prompts.

In the new computer, import the emails from OE to Outlook. In Outlook, go to File > Import and follow the prompts for importing emails from OE.

Best wishes!

Dear War1

I try your instruction but does't work, I click "Import and export" iron on outlook express and then prompt a message " new a mail mail configure"
In Outlook Express, go to File > Import > Messages > Microsoft Outlook Express 6 > Next. Select "Import from OE6 store directory"  Navigate to where you have the DBX files.

Dear War1

In outlook express , I can't see a "Microsoft outlook express 6" item
Then select Microsoft Outlook Express 5.
