I need to keep users from changing the clock time, on a domain user account. How can I do this?

I'd like to keep users from changing the clock time on their computers. They are using a specific network login, on a specific domain. I've tried doing this though Active Directory, Users & Computers, & also through gpedit.msc, but have not been able to get this to successfully work. I'm not familer with this, can someone please help? Thanks! and many points to you!

In addition to the GP that SystmProg described, you can set up time synchronization so that if a user does change his time, it will get reset back to the correct time.  There a Windows solutions for time sync, but they are not very pretty unless you run all 2003 servers and XP clients. I don't like them. For Win2k I use Tardis time server with K9 clients. See here:
