Using ADODB from VBA to access Sybase tables

From Excel (using VBA) I would like to fire three simple queries (first query uses a hash table) and get output of the resultant hash table on an excel sheet.
How can I do this using ADODB ?



select * into #t from employees
update #t set empnum = deptnum + empnum
select * from #t
