How to extract time from Datetime in MS T-SQL

Using MS SQL 7

I have a datetime field that looks like this : 2007-1-30 10:39:00. How can I extract the time only to get some thing like this:
10:39:00?

I other words, I want get rid of the date and keep the time only.
