The easiest way to conduct a web search on a database

Hello experts,
It's been years since I did any web development within Lotus Notes so you'll have to forgive my rustiness.
I need to set up a search on a notes database I'm developing.

The basic overview is as follows:
Up to 3 keywords required:
Region - from a dropdown selection
Country - from a dropdown
Type - from a dropdown.

User can select any or all of the fields
Having made the selection, clicks Search.

View displays the corresponding records.

I'm developing in 6.5.5 and am looking for a solution I can implement in a couple of hours.

Any ideas? The Notes Help Database doesn't seem to help me on this.
