Excel NumberFormat as Text

I am writing a phone number value out to excel but the leading '0' is disappearing each time. How do I change the numberformat of the cell to be "Text"?

with osheet.Range("F10")
    .NumberFormat = ???
    .Value = "080012341234"
end with
