How to stop a scheduled Symantec 10.0.2 scan

We have Symantec Enterprise 10.0.2 installed on a W2K SP4 server with XP clients.  I see that Symantec is scanning on the clients every day at 2 pm.  I'd like to change the scan to the evening.  I read the administrator guide section on Scheduled scans and have gone into the Scheduled Scan portion of the MMC GUI but I don't see any scheduled scans listed, neither on the server or the clients.  IS there another place to locate scans that run by default?

I have checked the registry in the clients for scans as well, but I don't find entries for them there either.

If you have Symantec System Center SSC,

1. Then, unlock the server group that contains the clients.
2. under Goups folder,  create another group called cleints (if there isn't there)
3.  right click the group >> All tasks > Symantec Anti virus > Scheduled scans
4. change the secan to the new schedule
5. Drag an drop all the clients that you want to have the new Schedule to that group.

If you don't have SSC then use Tools\ConfigEd\ConfigEd.exe form Symantec CD to schedule the new time for scaning.
1. load the cuurent GRC.dat file
2. Change the scheduled scan
3. save GRC.dat file
5. copy the GRC.dat file to all clients.

hope this will help

Thanks for the input, but the problem is there is no scheduled scan showing to change.  I finally got an answer from Symantec.  The clients automatically run a scan after receiving a virus definition update.  The client definition update option was set up to run the definition update to the client anytime within 8 hours of the definition update to the server.  I reset the update to the client to run within 180 minutes for the server update (Virus Definition Manager > Configure > Schedule > Advanced) and now the automatic scan (which isn't listed anywhere) runs at night.
