MPLS Provider supplying Internet Access over MPLS Link How to set up Cisco Router

Good afternoon, Experts.  We are implementing a new MPLS network to replace our old Internet/VPN solution.  The MPLS provider is supplying Internet access over the MPLS T1 coming into our office, our company HQ.  This connection will not only be our connection to the MPLS cloud, if you will, but also our and the other offices' connection to the Internet.  How do you configure the Cisco router (1841) to correctly route Internet traffic from the HQ location and other locations?  I would like to put a firewall between us and the Internet as well.  Any help would be appreciated.  By the way, is this normal?  Is it advised?

Thanks in advance.
