Java booking system program

I have to develop a specification for a booking system for a fictitious holiday company.

I know that the structure of this kind of system is like a relational database although modeling it using Java might help me build the specification.

I need to be able to add, edit and remove a holiday.

Holiday is a class. A new holiday is a new instance of this class i.e. a new instance is made and properties of the class are defined or given values which go into the constructor of the class and the variables of that class are given these values:

String holidayName = holidayNameIn;
Int holidayPrice = holdiayPriceIn;
Int holidayID = holidayIDIn;

The problem is how do I edit the holiday variables once it is created. Adding is just creating a new class instance and removing is deleting the class instance which is simple.

Question = What I am trying to do is modify variables when the class is already made - not possible in Java but possible in a specification?

If more information is needed or you need a better explanation then please say.

Cheers anyone
