Is it possible to use Visual Basic 4 Enterprise Edition to package an executable created with Visual Basic 6?  I have VB6 Learning Edition which includes the compiler.  I also have VB4 Enterprise, but I did not want to spend the money to upgrade to Visual Studio 6 Enterprise.

There are several free insallation programs used to install EXEs on Windows.  Inno seems to be the most popular.
Please do not award any points to me for this.  I just wanted to second ^that suggestion: InnoSetup is excellent.

I should point out, however, that there may be licensing issues with redistributing VB apps compiled with the Learning Edition.  Check the EULA but I think it specifically states that software developed with the learning edition is not intended for redistribution.  If so, this should be a concern for you if you intend to publish your application publicly.
