Cannot hear on only one phone

We have 3 phones in our system. One of the phone reset it self (there was a short somewhere in the massive amount of wires I have under my desk. There was a small pop on the speakers, then it reset).

I can make calls, but no one can hear me. I have tried two different phones (thinking the electircity probably fried it), but they are both doing the sme thing.

Could this be something that was configured in the phones or the asterisk box? Is there something screwed up with the extension? What about codecs, and it be a codec problem?
