The file <filename>.ost cannot be accessed because it has been configured for use with a different mailbox

This is the error I receive on a customers computer.

She has an OST file. How can I resolve this?

All users use Outlook 2003

Should I simply recreate her outlook profile?

Awsome thanks guys however your answers brings up another question

The OST file is saving past emails correct? If I delete it that mail will be gone forever. Like a pST. Do they have to set up there OST again after I recreate their profile and delete the old OST?

Also, the Microsoft Outlook folder happens to be the default location for the PST file as well. Won't this delete there PST?

Ok cool. Tried it on mine. looks like if I simply remove the profile from Control Panel>Mail>Profiles then It will automatically create a new one as I log back in.

Thanks for the help.
no problem
