 /s ! REG.EXE VERSION 3.0

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
    ElevateNonAdmins    REG_DWORD       0x1
    WUServer    REG_SZ  http://emc1
    WUStatusServer      REG_SZ  http://emc1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
    NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers       REG_DWORD       0x1

    AUOptions   REG_DWORD       0x4
    ScheduledInstallDay REG_DWORD       0x4
    ScheduledInstallTime        REG_DWORD       0x17

I don't see any detection frequency. Have you set that?
What does the Automatic Updates log say?

It can take a while for the clients to appear. I have had clients download updates from the server, but not actually appear for another hour.
