SBS File Transfer VERRRRRY SLOW

Setup our network recently with SBS2003R2 so far everything has been running fine. But now it is taking foreeeever to copy file accross the network. For example an 8mb bitmap took 5 min to to copy and past to a shared network resource. There is no errors in the event log on the client or server. It is just plain slow. I can browse the network and internet fine. Terminal services is workng fine too. I can hit the Sysvol easy. Email from our exchanges is fine. But moving data is painfully slow. HELP. Thanks in advance.

Could this have anything to do with default SMB signing?
Post Ipconfig/all of server and workstation.
Or have a look at this: http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=266&ArticleType=ArticleView&ArticleID=70&PageID=76
Hope that helps,

Sorry to waste everyone's time. In an attempt to fix a connection problem it was suggested to set all nics full 1oo in stead of auto. Now I have set it back to Full Auto and it seems to be fine.
