Outlook 2nd Contact list no syncing to my palm.

I don't know if I am even on the correct list for this question but would like to start here.

I have a client that is using Outlook 2k3 with her companies Exchange server 2k3. When creating a folder for some of her email, it was somehow designated in bold type. It didn't have any unopened mail in it, but continues to display in bold print.

Is there anyway to change it to its normal font (unbolded)?? We've tried moving it to within her Inbox folder & then out of the Inbox to the regular list. But it remains bold. All of the other folders will become bold when they have unopened mail in them & return to their normal font once all of the mail is marked as read.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks BluDevilFan!!

It didn't have anything in it when we looked. This whole setup looks to be a little flaky to me. The person is going to take her laptop to the main office in a few weeks & let them check the setup. I will find out something after that.
Ok.  Thanks for the update.

This person never called me back to help her anymore. She was taking her laptop to the company's main location & possibly someone there was able to help her.

BlueDevilFan, you were the only person to address this issue so I'm awarding you the points.
Thanks!
