I have a vendor who has a service set up on their web server. They apparently do not have a dns record on the internet for their web server. &nbsp;Their instructions say to edit the local host files of the computer that will be accessing this web page to point the ip address that they give, to web_svr so that the user only need type in <a href="http://web_svr" rel="ugc">http://web_svr</a><br />

I created a host record on our internal dns server, but it does not seem to work. &nbsp;I only get host not found, but when using the ip address, it works fine. &nbsp;Any help would be appreciated. &nbsp;Thanks.
