I set PTR, MX, and postmaster@mydomain.com, abuse@mydomain.com, andI checked everything on system, but can't find any clue. The only thing I suspect is maybe I'm sending a wrong header information to hotmail.com somehow.

Thank you for your comments in detail. I'll test with outlook and other email clients to see if it solves the problem. Yes, that's the content sent from my web email interface that I programmed. It's not caused by cut-and-paste. I'll come back after I test.

Thanks again.

I found what the hotmails' spam rule is. I thought the problem was on the mis-configuration of my email server or DNS. After I checked the report from dnsreport.com, and fixed the all sytem configuration problem, it was still going to spam. The problem was the html email content itself. If the email has words looks suspicious as spam, it blocks, like 'bid, sale, interested?, order now, check this out with link...' and others. And my email was to send to our affiliates to propose a bid for our used products, and it has those words. To walk around this problem, I inclulded some crappy words like 'confirmation', vehicle number, receipt#, direction, instruction, contact info, and others to make my email looks like a RECEIPT!!!. Hotmail spam filter wasn't that smart. mrcoffee365, you gave me the clue to solve this problem, so I'll accept your answer. Thanks so much!!
