Creating a new profile resolved the issue, but it took hours to reset up his customized view. &nbsp;I was hoping for a fast easy solution to just remove the folders. &nbsp;thanks for you help

in folder list view in outlook 2003 there are 2 archive &quot;personal off line folders&quot; stuck. &nbsp;the user has deleted the pst but did not remove the folder from the list, now when you right click on it and tell it to &quot;close&quot; it will not.<br />

If you open email properties and look at “data files...” the folders are not listed, however if you go to “email accounts” in the “deliver new e-mail to the following location:” and click on the drop down there are the folder names. &nbsp;How can these be removed from the viewable folders in the folder list view?<br />
