PC won't even boot BIOS after starting a Norton Ghost 2003 backup to DVD

I just set Norton Ghost 2003 to back up my Hard Drive (SATA Raid 0 setup).  It rebooted as it is supposed to (it runs drive imaging operations in DOS mode), went through the BIOS check successfully, but wouldn't boot to it's OS.  I hit the restart button hoping that it would run on a second attempt, or that it would just go back to Windows, but my PC just powers up, nothing else.  It powers up the fans and the CD drives spin up, but the BIOS doesn't run, thus no I/O devices are available.  I can't even boot to a DOS floppy.

Any Suggestions?
