I have two arrays connected to the same server, both RAID 5 @ 1.5TB.  I am currently running CHKDSK on one of the arrays right now to fix some issues, however the other array needs it as well.  Can I run CHKDSK on Array A & Array B simultaneously?  Are there any negative issues that could result?  Any info appreciated, be kind and be safe!
