The only way to force the a change of this type is to restart the Exchange services. Exchange caches a lot of information and the limits is one of them. The cache is only flushed every couple of hours. <br />

i have exchange 2003 in my company and i want to get some user to send mail in 8mb file so i go to delivery restriction in user account and i configure it to this limit but after this the user still cannot send this &nbsp;file what can i need to do more?
