I agree with mulshoefer, however there are some older Blackberry devices that do not have this same ability built in. In those cases it is a matter of marking all of the records (and deleting them).

Depends on the Model. mulshoefer is correct for some, for 7520 you can access the Options via the Icon and then Security and then the Wheel.
You need to type in blackberry before it will erase.

In addition, it may be possible ot do this wirelessly via the BES server.

For devices that you can not get into the security settings or for some reason dont have the wipe hand held (I have seen this more than once) set a password on the device. After you enter the incorrect password 10 times it will wipe the device on its own.
