Repeating Crystal Report page header in Excel spreadsheet

Hello everyone,

I exported a Crystal Report (v9.0) into Excel. Would anyone know if it is possible to make the Crystal Report page header print out on every page in Excel also? I have a Crystal Report that produces a 25 page long Excel spreadsheet with about 14 columns. The Crystal Report page header only shows up on the first page of the Excel spreadsheet. It would be nice if it appeared on every page so that the user could more easily identify the columns.
Thanks,
Dan

Michael,

Thank you for respoding.

When I want to export I click on File, then Export. In the "Export" box I select "MS Excel 97-2000", then when the "Choose Export File" dialog box comes up I select "Save". But I don't see any option...

Thanks,
Dan
What version of Crystal?

What Excel option?
With CR XI and selecting Microsoft Excel (97-2000) XLS option
When I click OK I get another screen.

With CR8 I don't get the other screen.

Lady Linet,

"In CR 9, there is an another screen, you have to check 'Create page breaks for each page' , and, of course, 'Export Page Header and Page Footer'. "

I cannot seem to find those two options in CR9..How did you get to them? From selecting "Export" inder the file menu? If I click "Export" I have two choices: MS Excel 97-2000 and MS Excel 97-2000(Data Only). If I click on MS Excel 97-2000 it take me right to a Save dialog box. If I select MS Excel 97-2000(Data Only) it takes me to a Format Options dialog box where I can chose as follows:

sorry, first part of message got sent. Here's the rest.
Column Headings (Check box)
Use worksheet functions to represent subtotals field in report(check box)
Set Column width:
        Constant Column width (radio button)
Column width based on objects i  area (radio button)
Format
         Non Tabular format (radio button)
         Tabular format (radio button)
Lady Linet,

While I was researching I found out that those two options become available in CR10.
